Our charming house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one completely renovated end 2023, with walk-in shower and one with shower), a front terrace, shared rear patio, a roof terrace and a communual swimming pool. It has everything you need for a nice holiday. Supermarkets, shops, the sea, restaurants, ... are all nearby. There is air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms, as well as in the living room. At a 20 minute drive you have the large shopping center 'La Zenia Boulevard'.
We recommend renting a car, unless you like to do a good walk or cycle. We have 2 bicycles available that …

About the host
Hi,
we are Steven, Andy and our dog André. In 2022 we moved to Spain and both sold our business in Belgium. Steven is keyholder in Spain, Andy works as a real estate agent in Spain and Andre is a professional sleeper.
We rent out our holiday house (2 bedrooms) in Senorio de Roda and our apartment (3 bedrooms) in Roda Golf close to the main entrance for a nice holiday. We are available for you during your stay, as we live very close.
